• Part 1 - Provision of social transport service with M1 category vehicles Part 2 - Provision of social transport service with disabled vehicles. The purpose of the public tender is to find a transport service provider for people with disabilities and special needs in Harku municipality. The social transport service is provided to persons (hereinafter the client or clients) who, due to special physical or mental needs, have an obstacle in using a private or public vehicle and who need safe transport for medical, for traveling to a rehabilitation, educational institution or work and for using public services with assistance when entering and exiting a means of transport. The tender is divided into two parts. / Grounds for elimination and qualification conditions: See tenders of the basic documents Provision of social transport service with M1 category vehicles. Provision of social transport service as regular and occasional transport on an as-needed basis on the basis of the relevant written decision of the procurer. Service time is generally Mon-Fri 7:00-19:00, exceptional cases according to the agreement between the provider and the customer. Expected volume of transport: the volume of service kilometers (km with the customer) in one calendar year is up to 60,000 km, which can be divided into the expected volume of regular transport up to 4,000 km in one month and the expected volume of occasional transport up to 1000 km in one month. The service is provided only based on the customer's actual need.
