• Description:
• The purpose of the procurer is to find providers of social transport services in the territory of Saaremaa municipality, who provide social transport services under the conditions stated in the tender's basic documents and its appendices. The service is provided to a person who has physical or due to a special mental need, there is an obstacle in the use of a private or public vehicle and who is directed to the social transport service by the social department of the municipality, in order to enable them to use a means of transport that meets their needs to a medical institution, to work or to travel to an educational institution, use public services or perform other actions necessary for everyday life. The procurer reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of service persons by notifying the carriers in writing.
