Description:
Short description of the procurement: The contract is at the Police and Border Guard Detention Center, at Linnaaru tee 5/1, Soodevahe village, Rae parish, Harju County (hereinafter KPK) and, if necessary, outside the KPK, psychological counseling of foreigners and other activities ( Hereafter service). The target group is the persons returning to their homeland or the applicants for international protection, who, due to the risk of escape, are placed in the detention center with the permission of the court and illegally staying in the country who are exempt from the detention center or voluntarily return to their homeland. The estimated cost of the procurement period is € 62,000, but depending on the price offered and the actual volume of the service, the cost of the service may be at a maximum of € 299,900.00 within 24 months, plus VAT.
