Description:
The purpose of the public procurement is to conclude a framework agreement for the purchase or rental of A3 printers and their accessories, with the possibility of full maintenance and additional services. The public procurement is organized on the basis of order No. 119 of the Government of the Republic dated 14.04.2022 as a central procurement. The framework agreement to be concluded extends to all the state authorities mentioned in the relevant order, and to joint procurers who have joined the procurement on the basis of a power of attorney. / Grounds for elimination and qualification conditions: See the basic procurement documents Medium colored A3 MFP network printer with additional products and services The framework contract is concluded with one provider. On the basis of the framework agreement, it is possible to buy or rent printers, order a full maintenance service and other additional services. Prices are fixed with their indexation facility for the entire period of validity of the framework agreement. The expected cost of the framework contract has been determined with some margin, taking into account the costs of previous acquisitions. The procurers have no obligation to order products and services up to the total cost of the framework contract.
