Description:
Brief description of the procurement: The subject of the public procurement is the purchase of motor fuels - motor gasoline and diesel fuel (hereinafter referred to as fuel) in the form of retail sales from the bidder's points of sale (hereinafter referred to as gas stations) and, if necessary, gas station goods and services offered at the bidder's gas stations (hereinafter gas station goods) purchase. The procurer notes that the expected cost of the public procurement is defined as an estimate, since the procurer does not know the actual volume of consumption today or the fuel prices in the future (which affects the expected cost even more). It is agreed in the framework agreement in terms of fuels, the total expected volume together with the expected maximum volume.
