Description:
Purchase of catering services for schools in Tartu. The procurer provides the schools' kitchens and dining halls for free use, the user of the premises (caterer) pays the utility costs. The obligations of the user of the premises are specified in more detail in the contract drafts. User of the premises (caterer) undertakes to provide food for school students in accordance with the conditions set forth in the relevant part of the contract and in Appendix 1 "Technical description". The cost of the school lunch has been established by the supplier, the providers do not offer a price. The evaluation takes place in the provided school lunch on the basis of menus and food tasting. / Grounds for elimination and qualification conditions: See the basic procurement documents Tartu Kristjan Jaak Peterson High School The contractor allows the caterer to use the kitchen facilities and dining halls of Kaunas pst 70 free of charge (the caterer undertakes to pay utility costs), in which the caterer undertakes to prepare food for the students of Tartu Kristjan Jaak Peterson High School. The number of students at Tartu Kristjan Jaak Peterson High School in the 2025/2026 academic year is a total of 876 high school students. / Grounds for elimination and qualification conditions: See the basic procurement documents Tartu Descartes School The procurer gives the caterer free use of the kitchen and dining hall at Anne tn 65 (the caterer undertakes to pay utility costs), in which the caterer undertakes to prepare food for the students of Tartu Descartes School.
