Description:
Brief description of the procurement: The subject of this public procurement is the purchase of construction and repair materials for the Tartu University Village to carry out the necessary repair works in the cities of Tartu and Viljandi. As a result of the public procurement, framework contracts are concluded in the 1st part of the public procurement (Tartu city) to the 4th part and in part 2 (city of Viljandi) up to 2 (depending on the number of submitted tenders and tenderers) with a recognized and qualified tenderer. The contractor purchases construction and repair materials in accordance with the procedure described in the basic documents of public procurement. Framework contracts will be concluded on 36 for a month or until the maximum cost agreed in the framework contract is fulfilled, depending on which condition comes first.
