Description:
Brief description of the tender: Purchase of electricity for the years 2026 and 2027 according to the stock exchange price of the trading period of the Estonian region of the Nord Pool Spot (NPS) electricity exchange, plus the electricity seller's service fee (sales margin). According to the forecast, the expected total amount of electricity consumed during the procurement contract is approx. 10,000 MWh. The object of the procurement is also the sale of electric energy (solar energy) produced by the procurer from a renewable energy source to the electricity seller under the conditions stipulated in the basic documents of public procurement. The supplier buys electricity and sells the produced electricity back to the grid according to the supplier's actual price to the need for consumption, and the final cost of the procurement contract is formed based on the amount of actual electricity consumption and the amount of electricity to be sold back. The supplier has no obligation to buy electricity in the expected total volume or to sell electricity back to the grid. The total volumes are informative.
