Electricity sold to buyers must be produced from renewable energy sources within the meaning of ELTS § 57, which the seller must prove to acquire and cancel certificates of origin in the appropriate amount for the benefit of the buyer (if necessary). Expected volume of 350,000 MWh. / Grounds for elimination and qualification conditions: See the basic procurement documents Package II at a fixed price This package is purchased electricity at a fixed price EUR/MWh.
