- The subject of the public procurement is the purchase of electricity for the buildings of the University of Tartu according to the actual consumption (total supply) in the procurement documents and under the conditions specified in the additional framework agreement for the period from 01.03.2026 to 28.02.2027 at the stock market price, to which the seller's service fee (margin) is added. For sale electricity must be 100% produced every month from renewable energy sources within the meaning of § 57 of the Electricity Market Act1. The annual electricity consumption of the buildings of the University of Tartu is approx. 18,500 MWh. The annual volume of consumption is assumed, and its determination is based on the facilities of the University of Tartu (Appendix 1) consumption quantities in the period 01.07.2024 30.06.2025.
