- Brief description of the procurement: The purpose of this public procurement is the purchase of electricity for the student residences managed by the Tartu Student Village according to the actual consumption for the period 01.05.2026 - 30.04.2027. Student residences related to the public procurement are located in the city of Tartu at the addresses Raatuse 22, Narva mnt 25, Narva mnt 27, Narva mnt 89, Nooruse 7, Purde 27, Pepleri 14, Tiigi 14 and in Viljandi at the addresses Väike 6, Jakobsoni 41. The electricity to be sold must be 100% produced as specified in § 57 of the Electricity Market Act in the sense of renewable energy sources. Electricity is purchased at the stock exchange price of Nord Pool Spot's Estonian price range, to which the provider's service fee (margin) is added. The expected annual electricity consumption of the mentioned student residences is 2700 MWh. Also sells within the framework of the procurement contract, the purchaser returns the electricity produced on his site to the provider. The amount of resale is up to 5 MWh per year.
