- The purpose of this public procurement is the purchase of electricity for student residences managed by Tartu Student Village according to actual consumption for the period 01.05.2026 - 30.04.2027. The student residences related to the public procurement are located in the city of Tartu at the addresses Raatuse 22, Narva mnt 25, Narva mnt 27, Narva mnt 89, Nooruse 7, Purde 27, Pepleri 14, Tiigi 14 and in Viljandi at Väike 6, Jakobsoni 41. The electric energy to be sold must be 100% produced from renewable sources within the meaning of § 57 of the Electricity Market Act energy sources. Electricity is purchased at the stock exchange price of Nord Pool Spot's Estonian price range, to which the provider's service fee (margin) is added. The expected annual electricity consumption of the mentioned student residences is 2700 MWh. The procurer also sells the procurement contract return the electricity produced at the site to the provider.
