Description:
A brief description of the procurement: We want to buy gift cards that are (but not only) for Estonian residents who have participated in studies at least 14 years of years, who have been selected for research in proportion to the population. Studies include all Estonian counties and not only cities, but also smaller settlements and rural areas. Due to the risk of economic and security, it is increasingly difficult for interviewers to find respondents to polls, and to get a sufficient number of answers, providing a certain additional benefit is essential to the respondents, as respondents value the time dedicated to their survey. Gift cards are 10, 15, 20, 25, 50 or 100 euros, which can be purchased with food and basic necessities all over Estonia. The basic date of the framework contract submitted in the procurement notice is expected, ie the execution of the framework contract begins from the conclusion of the Agreement, with the calculation that the framework contract is 24 months after the conclusion of the contract.
