- Tenders are invited for Purchase of liability insurance services arising from the Compulsory Liability Insurance of Healthcare Providers Act for the Tartu Ambulance Foundation as a healthcare provider. The volume and scope of the service must comply with the conditions and minimum rates arising from the aforementioned law. The service volume includes compulsory civil liability insurance of healthcare providers in the Republic of Estonia for compensation by the insurer for damage incurred by the patient or other entitled person in the course of providing healthcare services, including the provision of remote medical consultations, if the patient has suffered bodily injury or health damage or the patient dies as a result of the provision of healthcare services. Deductible 1,000 euros Purchase of liability insurance services arising from the Compulsory Liability Insurance of Healthcare Providers Act for the Tartu Ambulance Foundation as a healthcare provider. The volume and scope of the service must comply with the conditions and minimum rates arising from the aforementioned law.
