- Brief description of the tender: The purpose of the tender is to acquire one new energy-efficient mobile snow cannon (turbine cannon) for the Viljandi Sports Center in Viljandi Lumepark for snow production. The snow cannon will be used in a residential area, which requires equipment with a lower noise level. In addition, it is important for the procurer that snow production would be possible at the highest possible temperature (from -2 ℃). The requirements of the snow cannon to be obtained are outlined in the second subsection of the technical description. The snow cannon also includes accessories that are needed for the snow cannon for use.
