Description:
Brief description of the procurement: The procurer does not divide the procurement into parts, as the object of the procurement contract is presentation devices that work together functionally or are necessary to achieve the same goal. The tender must be submitted under the conditions stated in the basic documents of public procurement. Procurement contract the object is the purchase of presentation equipment that meets the conditions stated in the "Technical Description" along with the transportation and installation service. The procurement contract will be concluded with one successful bidder. The tenders are evaluated on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender. Equal in the case of evaluation results, the procurer will give preference to the successful tenderer who submitted the tender in the state procurement register first in terms of date and time. The procurer has the right to reject the offers in accordance with the provisions of § 115 and § 116 of the RHS. All offers are confidential.
