Description:
The purpose of the public procurement is to find framework contract partners for the purchase of printed books published in Estonia and outside Estonia to the service units of the Tallinn Central Library for the provision of library services. The object of the contract is printed books in Estonian and foreign languages, follow-up publications, educational materials, etc., which the subscriber buys on an ongoing basis according to the need and based on the Minister of Culture's regulation of 12.07.2004 No. 9 "Guidelines for the work organization of the public library" and the directive of the director of the Tallinn Central Library of 27 October 2023 No. 1-2/35 "Assembly of information". The exact quantity and names of the prints to be ordered cannot be predicted in advance.
