Description:
Brief description of the procurement: The purpose of the public procurement is to find framework contract partners for the purchase of printed books published in Estonia and outside Estonia to the service units of the Tallinn Central Library for the provision of library services. The subject of the contract is Estonian and foreign languages printed books, continued editions, educational materials, etc., which the subscriber purchases on an ongoing basis as needed and based on the Minister of Culture's regulation of 12.07.2004 No. 9 "Public Library Work Organization Guide" and Tallinn Central Library's director's directive dated 27.07.2004. October 2023 No. 1-2/35 "Assembling information". The exact quantity and names of the prints to be ordered cannot be predicted in advance. The procurer concludes a framework contract with bidders who meet the conditions stipulated in the basic documents of the public procurement.
