Description:
Brief description of the tender: The tenderer purchases a new Swiss-type CNC automatic lathe manufactured in the European Union for the serial production of metal precision parts up to 20 mm in diameter. Reliable for at least 10 years. An employee produces at least 20 hours of chatter every day without interference. The device must allow complete front, side and back machining of a part up to 600 mm long in one production cycle, using head and counter spindle, C-tent, IS AT LEAST: 6 linear axes, CNC Fanuc works with 2 channels, 25 tool positions, 8 drives tool and 3 tools working simultaneously. The floor area of the machine is up to 2000x1250 mm and the weight of the machine including the coolant tank is over 2500 kg. The main spindle has a rotation speed of at least 10,000 rpm, a rated power of 2.2 kW and a rated torque of 14 Nm. On the return spindle has at least a rotation speed of 10,000 rpm, a rated power of 1.5 kW and a rated torque of 4.8 Nm. Drive tools have a minimum rotation speed of 6,000 rpm, a rated power of 0.8 kW and a rated torque of 1.3 Nm. A competent Estonian maintenance team will help within 24 hours.
