Description:
Brief description of the tender: The purpose of this tender is to reconstruct the existing amortized district heating pipelines in Sillamäe, in the area of Viru Boulevard. The existing pipelines are over-dimensioned, and the pipelines sometimes have insufficient thermal insulation, which needs replacement. With the newly designed pre-insulated district heating pipelines, it is possible to significantly reduce heat losses through the optimization of diameters and new proper thermal insulation. Also, the construction of new pipelines significantly increases the heat supply security of supply. The pipeline to be designed will be installed underground. The project has been prepared taking into account the design standards applicable to district heating pipelines in the Republic of Estonia. The volume of the routes to be reconstructed in the second stage according to the length of the pipeline trench is: - DN 300/500 - 557.7 jm; - DN 250/450 - 57,3 jm; - DN 200/355 - 56,7 jm; - DN 100/225 - 268,8 jm; - DN 80/180 - 29,7 jm; - DN 65/160 - 78,1 jm; - DN 50/140 - 34,9 jm.
