The object of the contract is to reconstruct the building at 13a, the study and office building located in the exhibition and the office building in accordance with today's requirements according to the project documentation.
The building is located in the Tahtvere environmental value area and in the defense zone of the historical Monitor Exhibition 20 (reg. No. 4312).
