• Description:
• Brief description of the tender: The subject of the tender is the ordering of installation, maintenance and repair services for various public space objects (city furniture, trash cans, gardens and gates, fences, flower boxes, streets, green areas, etc.). The list of unordered services is given in the basic public procurement document "Technical description". As a result of the procurement, a framework contract is concluded with two bidders, between whom mini-tenders are conducted to fulfill the order for a specific work. The provider offers a price per working hour of the service, which is valid for the entire validity of the framework agreement during. In mini-tenders, the total cost of a specific order is offered (ie, the number of working hours and additional costs of materials, tools, etc.). The framework agreement is valid from its conclusion until 31.12.2027 or up to the maximum financial volume of the framework agreement of 80,000 euros until the sales tax is paid, if it arrives earlier. More detailed conditions for execution of the framework and procurement contract are given in the public procurement basic document "Framework contract project" and "Procurement contract project".
