Description:
A brief description of the procurement: The purpose of the procurement is to find a retail service provider for the Estonian Defense Forces at the Taara Library Soldier Home (Kose tee 3a, Võru). As a result of the concession procurement, a service contract with a successful provider will be concluded and asset use, which ensures the provision of the service in a soldier home built in the Taara campus building. The tenderer will be able to access the position of the rental space provided to the successful provider of the public procurement in the building (Annex 2 to the Agreement) by submitting a digitally signed application and confidentiality conditions through the information exchange of the public procurement register. The contracting authority shall only forward the position of the premises to the questioner. As a result of the public procurement, 1 tenderer shall be recognized as successful, with whom the contracting authority concludes the provision of the service and asset for the 60-month period. Only applicants/providers whose residence or location are in Estonia, other Member States of the European Union, other Contracting State of the European Economic Area or the State of the World Trade Organization in Estonia, can take part in the public procurement.
