- The purpose of the procurement is the purchase of security services for AS Tallinna Sadam's ports. In the first stage of the procurement, applicants are qualified and the absence of grounds for elimination is checked. All qualified applicants who do not have grounds for exclusion will enter into a contract with the supplier confidentiality agreement, after which confidential public procurement basic documents are issued to the company (Appendix 1 Technical description and Appendix 3 Framework contract volume_cost).
