- A brief description of the procurement: The purpose of the procurement is to find a waste transport service provider organized in Toila rural municipality. As a result of the procurement, a successful provider will be awarded a concession to the Toila rural municipality administrative territory for the provision of waste transport. The right of the concession shall be exercised in accordance with the requirements and deadline of the contract organized by the contract and the waste transport organized by the local government. The provision of the service must comply with the legislation in force in Estonia and other relevant norms. When providing the service, the waste carrier must be guided in particular in the Toila rural municipality waste management regulations and the provisions of the organized waste transport service concession agreement (including annexes). In addition to the legislation standards, the good practice of providing similar services must be based.
