Description:
Brief description of the tender : The procurer recently concluded an EPC turnkey public tender to find a contractor for the construction of a 100 MW gas-fired power plant in Narva, Estonia. The tender was won by the joint bid of two Israeli companies, Baran International Ltd and Baran Group Ltd. An EPC turnkey contract was concluded between the supplier and the contractor on November 18, 2025. The contractor's bid is based on 24 Jenbacher J624 gas engines with a total power of 100.5 MW and a thermal capacity of 85 MW.
In order to ensure that the plant complies with all specifications and to properly protect the interests of the procuring entity, the procuring entity is looking for an owner engineer to provide an owner engineer consulting services for the design, procurement and construction work of the Narva 100 MW H2-ready gas engine cogeneration plant.
