- Short Description of the Procurement: The purpose of the work is to design a small Kaar Street, section of Raudtee Street - Tamme pst reconstruction
with utility networks. Phase I of the design work includes the preparation of a geodetic basis and
studies. In Phase II, the whole area (see Annex 1) must be prepared for a comprehensive project solution
forecastlevel. Basic and work projects (road construction, utility networks) must be prepared in Phase III.
