- Brief description of the tender: The Environmental Agency (KAUR) provides aeronautical meteorological services in Tallinn's flight information area and at Estonian civil airports in accordance with the European Commission's implementing regulation (EU) No. 2017/373, which stipulates uniform requirements for the provision of air navigation services. The new SWIM concept for the implementation of the technical infrastructure, we would like to obtain a software solution that meets the requirements of the European Commission Regulation No. 2021/116 and the EUROCONTROL specification SWIM Technical Infrastructure yellow profile (EUROCONTROL SPEC-170).
