- A brief description of the procurement: The purpose of the contracting authority is to implement a joint foreign study with partner organizations in the Catalan region of Spain, which to take into account the topics: smart villages, local food, community cooperation, innovation, circular economy. The Catalan region has been chosen as it is a region with the most advanced economy in Spain. The aim of the seven-day study tour is to visit various exciting project readings and developments, companies and organizations, and to deal with different important topics through discovery and expertise. In addition to a meaningful and interesting study trip program, the networking of the participants and the exchange of experience is also important.
