- Brief description of the tender: The purpose of the tender is to create a reconstruction project for the building located at 12 Valga Pargi street and to design a modern service environment for people with special mental needs. The scope of the procurement includes the collection of basic data necessary for design, sketching, preparation of the preliminary and main project, application for a building permit, consulting during construction and furnishing procurements, and supervision of the designer during construction works. The works are carried out using the method of general contracting. The procurement is not divided into lots, as this is not the nature of the works and expedient in view of the purpose of the procurer.
