Brief description of the procurement: The object of the procurement is to carry out a study, the objectives of which are: • find out the requirements arising from the law (including regulations, local government-level legislation, etc.) and/or service descriptions for the provision of accommodation services in local governments; • assess how things are Is the provision of accommodation service organized in local governments and what are the possibilities for providing accommodation to the target group of NTK and IK service; • to map what are the bottlenecks of local government accommodation options and what are the development needs; • find out if and which ones under certain conditions, it is possible for SKA to use the existing accommodation capacity of local governments to offer temporary safe accommodation to the target groups of NTK and IK service; • identify possible cooperation models to ensure accommodation capacity and offer recommendations for accommodation to improve availability and sustainability for the target group of NTK and IK services.
