Brief description of the tender: The purpose of the tender is to conduct a study that maps and compares the methodologies, interventions and programs used in 24-hour services for children in Estonia and analyzes internationally evidence-based methodologies for 24-hour services for children services in order to assess their applicability in the cultural space and social context of Estonia. As a result of the study, proposals will be prepared for the client, which methodologies are practical to apply and introduce in Estonia for children around the clock services and what implementation support (e.g. training, licenses, guidance, quality control) is needed for a systematic implementation.
