• Bottle cap sterile! Transfer needle sterile! Transfer adapter sterile! 2.1. The purpose of the procurement is to sign a framework contract for the purchase of supplies for the preparation of drugs for intravenous administration. The product descriptions are given in Appendix 1. The procurement object also belongs to each conducting training on the use of the offered product at the request of the supplier. The training must be conducted in the Estonian language and the venue is the foundation Tartu University Hospital, L. Puusepa 8, Tartu or the joint-stock company "Põlva Haigla" Uus 2, Põlva, respectively. There is a tender divided into 6 parts. The offer can be submitted either for one or several parts. The framework contracts are concluded according to the terms of Appendix 2 (1 supplier) or Appendix 3 (2 suppliers) for each part with a separate deadline of 30.09.2029. In case the same is declared successful in several sections tenderer, one framework contract covering all relevant parts of the procurement is concluded with him. The expected quantities indicated in Annex 1 are based on the previous experience of the procurer and are not binding for the execution of the framework contract.
