- Short description of the procurement: The object of the procurement is to conduct a performance survey aimed at analyzing the performance of family-based substitute care providers (guardianship, adoption, adoption and foster familiesMunicipalities. The aim is to get an overview of the well -functioning aspects of the system and developments, as well as analysis of foreign practices. In order to analyze foreign internships, the contracting authority wants to analyze the practices of at least four countries.
