Description:
The purpose of the service is to increase the readiness of a person with a health-related obstacle to enter the open labor market, to support him in finding and keeping a job. To develop clients' work skills and readiness to enter the open labor market, integrating, if necessary, the service provider and the Estonian Unemployment Insurance Fund (hereinafteroetukassa) in cooperation with the case manager, provides necessary labor market services to clients. Through continuous motivation, support, guidance and networking (with local government, special care service providers, rehabilitation team, client's relatives, employers, etc.) to support clients' workist on the open labor market. The target group of the supported job placement service is a person (client) who is registered as unemployed at the unemployment fund with health-related obstacles, who has difficulties in finding independent work, who has no work habit and the ability to remain in the workplace.
