Description:
Short Description of the Procurement: The object of the contract is to lease the use of a single N1 vehicle (small van) under the terms of the source documents of the public procurement. The vehicle is taken to the lease for 60 months. The technical conditions of the vehicle to be used for use, the term of transfer and the detailed terms of the lease of use are specified in the source documents of the public procurement. The contract period includes the delivery period of the vehicle to be procured, which is a maximum of 3 calendar months from the award of the contract, and the vehicle operating period, which is 60 calendar months from the transfer of the vehicle contracting authority. As a result of the above, the duration of the contract is 63 months in paragraph 5.1.3 of the procurement notice. The contracting authority has conducted a simple procurement called "Taking a Lease of Use of an Electric Small Trade" (reference number 297120), which ended with the rejection of all tenders pursuant to § 73 (3) 3) of the Public Procurement Act. The contracting authority points out that the changes contained in this simple procurement No. 297986 in RHAD compared to the result of the Simple Procurement No. 297120 RHAD.
