Description:
Short description of the procurement: Public procurement is the purchase of electricity at the public limited company Tallinn City Transport activities related to the activities related to the activities of Tallinn City Transport from 01.01.2026. The expected amount of electricity needed is approximately 25,000 MWh per year. The contracting authority buys the whole (100%) of the necessary electricity as renewable energy, which is produced from renewable energy sources within the meaning of § 57 of the Electricity Market Act, according to the requested electrical package, plus the seller's margin. During the contract period, the contracting authority purchases all the necessary electricity in the form of an open supply of electricity (Open Delivery - selling the electricity needed to the market participant) Nord Pool Spot Stock Exchange at the hourly price of the Estonian region, plus the margin of the electricity seller to be purchased. The margin must include the service fee for the electricity to be purchased (euro/ MWh) and the annulment of the certificate of origin (euro/ MWh).
