Tenders are invited for The aim of the public procurement is to find out how the current work capacity assessment methodology meets the needs of various parties (applicant, unemployment insurance fund, expert doctors) and to receive proposals for its improvement, simplification and efficiency, including the potential for automation and AI implementation. Artificial intelligence (hereinafter AI) could also play an important role in making the work capacity assessment process more efficient and understandable, but so far there is no systematic overview of which parts of the work capacity assessment process are most suitable for the introduction of AI and can be implemented in Estonian conditions. The aim of the public procurement is to find out how the current work capacity assessment methodology meets the needs of various parties (applicant, unemployment insurance fund, expert doctors) and to receive proposals for its improvement, simplification and efficiency, including the potential for automation and AI implementation. Artificial intelligence (hereinafter AI) could also play an important role in making the work capacity assessment process more efficient and understandable, but so far there is no systematic overview of which parts of the work capacity assessment process are most suitable for the introduction of AI and can be implemented in Estonian conditions.
