- Short description of the procurement: The contracting authority will renovate the 10 kV section of the Puessi 330/110 kV substation and replace the A3T transformer. The renovation is done by the "Keeps" method. Keys Hand means that all the equipment in the project volume will be delivered with the necessary design work, installed, configured, checkedetc. and will be finally transferred to the customer. Buildings and facilities are designed and built and handed over to the customer in ready -made form. All devices delivered must be installed and operated by the contractor.
