The contracting authority has the right to negotiate with the bidders all the terms and conditions of the procurement contract and the content of the service provision. The object of the procurement is the purchase of audit services for the institutions belonging to the Tõrva Rural Municipality consolidation group for the audit of the annual accounts for 2025, 2026 and 2027. The Tõrva Rural Municipality consolidation group includes: Tõrva Rural Municipality Government, OÜ Tõrva Veejõud and AS Tõrva Tervisekeskus.
