- A brief description of the procurement: Elering AS is performing an open procurement procedure for the development of a data platform. As a result of the procurement, a framework contract with a successful tenderer shall be concluded with the first contract, which is the subject of the POC (Proof of Concept). POC success criteria are laid down in the procurement document "Data PlatformDescription of POC "in the fifth chapter. After completing the first contract and confirming the success of POC by the contracting authorityAll expenses of the Framework Contract Partner (including costs related to POC) shall be fully covered by the partner contract partner. Before declaring POC successful, the contracting authority does not make the costs of procurement or order software solutions or related services.
