The operator will be leased the café together with its associated sanitary, auxiliary and technical premises, together with the furniture and kitchen equipment located there, as indicated in the procurement document. The café owner must purchase the necessary equipment and technology for the café that is not specified in the procurement. The purpose of the concession is to find a catering service provider for the café at Vabaduse 4, Ukuaru Music House, Rakvere, to whom the facility will be granted for management and service provision for 3.5 years (42 months).
