- Brief description of the tender: The subject of this tender is the reconstruction and repair of the structures and pipelines of the methane tank (fermenter) located in the Tartu wastewater treatment plant. The purpose of the work is: • Restore and repair digester structures, including digester in particular technical condition of the ceiling and related elements; • Carry out repair and replacement of pipelines, fittings and technological units; • Eliminate constructive and technological deficiencies that are revealed during the emptying and inspection of the digester can be performed only during process downtime; • Ensure safe, reliable and compliant use of the facilities in accordance with the technical description of the basic procurement documents.
