- Short Description of the Procurement: The object of the contract is the renovation, drawing and certification of the Athletics Hall of the University of Tartu Sports Hall (5134.3 m2) in accordance with the conditions set out in the procurement documents. The updated track cover must meet the requirements of the International Athletics Association (hereinafter IAAF) whichProvide the required properties of the IAAF indoor athletics Facility Certificate or have passed the IAAF Synthetic Surfice Product Product Product Product test). The deadline for carrying out the work and drawing of the track cover is 14.09.2025 at the latest. The workpiece hasIt is possible to start from 14.07.2025. The time limit for submitting a passport and IAAF certificate for the athletics hall is 30 (thirty) dayssigning.
