- A brief description of the procurement: The purpose of organizing the design competition is to find the best idea and a partner with whom to collaborate with the Varbola Castle and Varbola Castle camping area to the architectural design of small forms and to enter into the competition with the winner. Pursuant to clause 128 (1) 1) of the RHS, the design competition is organized with the aim of concluding a design competition with the winner of the design competition (participant in the design competition) as a result of the procurement procedure under § 49 (6) of the RHS.
