- A brief description of the procurement: Elering AS (Elering) will build a new Veerenni substation building and 110 kV sections. The construction work is done by the "keys" method. The keys in the hand means that all the equipment in the project volume will be delivered with the necessary design work, installed, set, checked, etc. and is finally handed over to the customer in an energized form. Buildings and facilities are designed and built and handed over to the customer in ready -made form. All devices delivered must be installed and operated by the contractor.
The works must be done environmentally safe.
The Veerenni substation to be built is located in Tallinn In the city, Veerenni 40.
