- Brief description of the procurement: The period of cleaning works is 24 months from the conclusion of the procurement contract. Maintenance cleaning and tidying service must include: regular cleaning and maintenance cleaning services (7 x a week) indoors; special cleaning works; when providing the service agreement and assessment of cleaning quality is carried out in accordance with standard EVS 914:2020 "Agreement and assessment of cleaning quality". preparation of a comprehensive cleaning concept (cleaning plan), where all areas to be cleaned are outlined and rooms, the quality frequency of the cleaning indicated, the cleaning agents used and their dosage amounts, and the persons performing the cleaning and their number. Coordination of the prepared cleaning plan with the Customer and its mandatory compliance. In summary, it consists of cleaning: Internal cleaning 7 times a week; Special cleaning work (special work) on order. On-site inspection of the object and its volumes is recommended before making a price offer.
