- Short description of the procurement: The purpose of the procurement is to purchase one new energy efficient mobile snow cannon (turbine cannon) for Viljandi Sports Center in Viljandi Snow Park to produce snow. The snow cannon will be used in a residential area that requires low noise equipment for use. In addition, it is important for the contracting authority that snow production is possible at the highest possible temperature (from -2 ℃). The demands of the snow cannon to be procured are listed in the second sub -chapter. The snow cannon also includes the accessories needed to use the snow cannon.
