Description:
Short description of the procurement: The purpose of the procurement is to enter into a framework contract for the purchase of water treatment filters for Fresenius hemodialysis equipment. The descriptions of the products are given in Annex 1. The object of the procurement is also included in the training of each product offered at the request of the contracting authority. The training must be carried out in Estonian and its place is the place of which is its place in accordance with the Tartu University Clinic, L. Puusepa 8, Tartu. The procurement is not divided into parts, as the object of the procurement is an impermeable product. Framework contracts shall be concluded in accordance with the terms of Annex 2 for 31.10.2028. The estimated quantities specified in Annex 1 are based on the previous experience of the contracting authority and are not binding on the performance of the framework agreement. The contracting authority orders the products in accordance with the actual need for the provision of healthcare. The contracting authority has the right to increase the amount of the goods to be purchased by 30% of the cost of the contract, which is also the maximum amount and cost of the contract.
