- A brief description of the procurement: The object of the procurement is to carry out the work of winter care in the seventh regions of Põltsamaa rural municipality. The regions are Adavere, Esku, Pajusi, Aidu-Vägar, Lustivere, Puurmani and Põltsamaa. In each region, free snow removal is carried out on private roads in accordance with Põltsamaa Rural Municipality Council Regulation No. 20 (29.10.2020) "Procedure for Public use of private roads and execution of private roads on private roads" between November 2025 and May 2029. Winter care includes snow removal, anti -slip control, snow removal, Disconnection of the whirlpools. If necessary, the contractor must mark the edges of the road to simplify his or her work to prevent the road from leaning during snow removal. Maintenance of traffic management equipment if necessary.
